Montana Wilderness Association trail project volunteer opportunities

The Montana Wilderness Association invites you to volunteer on one of their trail stewardship projects this summer and you’ll also build some great memories.

These multi-day volunteer opportunities are a great way to get to know incredible wild places, meet new people, and give back to the trails we all enjoy.

Montana Wilderness Association has been leading volunteer trails stewardship since 2012, focusing mainly on stewardship work along the Continental Divide Trail. Our 2017 project season still has a high focus on the Continental Divide Trail, since this is a key corridor trail that links together many important unprotected wildlands. This focus will continue in years to come.
