Hiker rescued on Granite Peak

Climber injured on Montana's highest mountain

A 19-year-old climber was injured after a fall on Granite Peak, Montana's highest mountain, was rescued by the Gallatin County High Angle Rescue Team. Rocky Mountain Rotors assisted in the rescue at about 12,200 feet. The man was transported to St. Vincent Healthcare.
