A high-energy, progressive, unapologetically raunchy, and hilarious show of musical satire, Broad Comedy is performing only one night at the O’Shaughnessy Center in Whitefish on November 10th at 8:00 p.m.  Join your girlfriends for a non-stop night of fun and laughter by attending the show after the ‘Ladies Night Out’ downtown event in Whitefish. As the show contains mature material and language, no one under 18 is admitted.

Katie Goodman, an award-winning musical comic, actress, author, speaker, and social activist, is the creator and headliner of Broad Comedy. Founded in 2000 with her husband, Soren Kisiel, who also writes and directs for the show, Broad Comedy has performed across the globe, including an Off-Broadway run in NYC’s Times Square, the Vancouver Fringe Theatre Festival, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland, and in comedy clubs and theatres in Boston, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and other major cities.

Katie has been seen on Showtime’s The Green Room With Paul Provenza, on Current TV as a pundit, and is a featured blogger for The Huffington Post. She recently signed with Comedy Dynamics, North American's largest independent record label, and her album "Halfway Closer To Dead" is available on iTunes. Her comedy music videos have amassed 2 million hits on YouTube and several more million on Facebook. Katie and Soren were nominated for The EPIC Award from The White House Project for emerging artists and were also nominated for the MacArthur Foundation Genius Grant for their extensive work in theatre.
Joining Katie onstage will be fellow ensemble members Cara Wilder, Louise Musial, and Molly Kelleher with a special appearance by Whitefish’s own Maggie Garvey. You can preview several of Broad Comedy’s videos on YouTube. Check their website at www.broadcomedy.com for more information.
