Bozeman gets its homecoming going Friday with celebrations in downtown Bozeman.
Montana State University and the Downtown Bozeman Association will host an MSU/downtown homecoming pep rally at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 29. The festivities will take place on Main Street at the intersection with Willson Avenue.
MSU Football Coach Jeff Choate, football team captains, the Spirit of the West Marching Band and MSU Spirit Squad will participate. A live DJ will provide music and free hot dogs and refreshments will be available. Prizes will be available throughout the event.

The pep rally is cosponsored by MSU, MSU Alumni Foundation, the Downtown Bozeman Association, MSU Athletics, Associated Students of MSU, Office of Student Engagement, XL Country, Sigma Nu Fraternity, Prime Incorporated, T&E Cat Rental, Pepsi, Plonk, Ted’s Montana Grill, Chalet Sports, Shirtworks, The Lark, Bozeman Spirits, The Cannery & Burger Bob’s, Taco Del Sol, Genuine Ice Cream, Over the Tapas, Backcountry Burger Bar, Bisl, White Dog Brewing and Gallatin Event Rentals.
